How do pickup and return work?
Collect the car free from our office on Robertson Boulevard, or have it delivered — complimentary to the Beverly Wilshire, the Four Seasons at Doheny, L’Ermitage and the Maybourne, priced by distance anywhere else — and collected the same way at the end; the pick-up and return addresses can differ inside our service area. Bring the licence and the credit card in the renter's name, and every named driver with theirs. The hold is placed at handover and released 5–7 business days after a clean return, longer only if there is damage to price.
Do you also rent cars with a driver?
Yes — a chauffeur is from $100 an hour on a two-hour minimum, with the car at its own day rate.
