Car Rental Delivery in Los Angeles
Car rental delivery in Los Angeles: the car is brought to your door, home or hotel, with no counter and nothing to queue at. Every rental either arrives at an address you name or is collected from our office on Robertson Boulevard — and at the end we come and get it, from wherever it has ended up. What follows is what each of those costs, in figures, which is the part most of this city leaves to the phone call.
- No counter, no kiosk — the car is brought to you
- Complimentary at five named points
- LAX $150 both ways with parking
- Collected at the end from wherever it is
What delivery costs, by where
Five points cost nothing. LAX is priced in two tiers, by the trip, and you choose the tier for each leg in the booking form. Any other address in Los Angeles is $150, which the online quote adds and itemises before anything is charged.
| Where | Both ways | What happens |
|---|---|---|
| 2022 S Robertson Blvd, Los Angeles | Complimentary | Collect it from the office, or we bring it out to the kerb for you. |
| Beverly Wilshire, Four Seasons Los Angeles at Beverly Hills, L'Ermitage, The Maybourne | Complimentary | Our four Beverly Hills partner hotels. Give us the hotel and the hour; the car waits under the porte-cochère, so you step out of the lobby and into the keys. |
| LAX — parking structure | $150 ($75 one way) | The car is left in the airport structure, you are told where it stands, and you ride the free shuttle out to it. Adds about half an hour; with a lot of luggage, the terminal tier. |
| LAX — terminal | $300 ($150 one way) | The car comes to the terminal. Bags taken, doors open, somebody standing there with it. |
| Any other address | $150 within 10 miles ($75 one way) | Residence, office, event venue, short let, Santa Monica Airport, Hollywood Burbank. Priced by distance — the ladder is below. The online quote adds $150 for a delivery and a collection inside 10 miles, itemised beside the rate, the cover and the deposit before anything is charged. |
Each leg is its own choice, so the tiers combine. The three totals people actually see are $150 for the structure both ways, $300 for the terminal both ways, and $225 for the terminal on arrival and the structure on the way home. Only one end at the airport is half of whichever tier you take for it.
Past the free points, it is distance
An ordinary address is priced on how far it is from the lot, one direction at a time, so a delivery you collect from yourself costs half of one you want taken away again.
| Distance from the lot | One way | There and back |
|---|---|---|
| Up to 10 miles | $75 | $150 |
| Up to 15 miles | $100 | $200 |
| Every further 5 miles | +$25 | +$50 |
The ladder reaches 60 miles from the lot — the Westside, Santa Monica, Hollywood, the Valley, Pasadena, Long Beach and most of Orange County sit inside it, and an address at the edge is quoted off the same steps. Further out it becomes a quote: Las Vegas from $500, San Diego from $500 and San Francisco from $1,000, flat, confirmed in writing before you commit. Anywhere we have not named, name it and we will price it the same day.
Three things about how it actually runs
Within 15 minutes of the hour you booked, or the delivery is free. If we miss that window, the delivery fee comes off your invoice without you having to ask.
Send the flight number and the timing looks after itself. A delivery booked against a flight is timed to the aircraft that lands rather than the one on the schedule, so an early arrival or a long delay is absorbed without a phone call from the kerb. That holds at LAX and at Hollywood Burbank.
Notice is decided by the car, not by a delivery rule. We publish no lead time for delivery because there is not one — what matters is whether that car is free. Several here are one of one, and a Saturday in season wants a fortnight rather than a call on the Friday; midweek is usually there at short notice. Each car’s page carries a live calendar of the dates it is open.
We collect it at the end, from wherever it is. There is no return counter and no drop box. You give an address and an hour the same way you did at the start, and a rental that began at a terminal can finish at a house in the hills.
Beyond the city: Orange County, Palm Springs and Santa Barbara
Newport Beach and the rest of Orange County are an ordinary delivery rather than a special arrangement — a house on the peninsula, a hotel forecourt, a marina berth — priced off the ladder above and quoted with the car. The Orange County page has the coast from Huntington to Dana Point, and the cars people take there.
Palm Springs is about two hours each way, so the desert is quoted as one arrangement, in writing. The Palm Springs page says how the handover works and which cars go out for a festival weekend.
Santa Barbara is up the 101: the car is brought to your hotel or house in Santa Barbara or Montecito, or to the airport against your flight, and quoted with the car in writing before you commit. The Santa Barbara page has the drive and the cars people take up the coast.
Delivery is one line of four
A quote here is the rate, the refundable deposit, the Protection plan, and delivery. All four arrive together in writing, and nothing is authorised against a card until you have seen all four.
A rental that begins at a terminal can end at a house in the hills.

I had an excellent experience with this luxury car rental! The quality of the vehicle was outstanding, and the communication throughout the process was clear and prompt. They delivered the car directly to my location and took care of the pick-up without any issues at all. Overall, I couldn't have asked for better service!

Amazing car, drives like a dream. I had it dropped off at my hotel, the guys were here on time and it took 5 min to get the key and start driving. End of the trip was easy as well, they picked up the car, said goodbye and that was it. Can’t get better than that.

Delivery Questions
Can you deliver a rental car to my door, home or hotel?
Nizo Luxury does — +1 (424) 303-6496 — deliver the rental car to your door, your home or your hotel, and it is the normal way this works: there is no rental counter and no kiosk. The car is brought to you — free to our Beverly Hills partner hotels, and from $75 one way inside 10 miles of our office on Robertson Boulevard — or collected from the office, and at the end of the rental we collect it from wherever it has ended up.
Where do you deliver, and what does it cost?
Delivery costs nothing at five points: our office at 2022 S Robertson Blvd, and the four Beverly Hills partner hotels — the Beverly Wilshire, the Four Seasons at Doheny, L’Ermitage and the Maybourne. LAX is priced in two tiers, by the trip: $150 both ways leaves the car in the airport parking structure for you to collect off the free shuttle, and $300 both ways brings it to the terminal with somebody standing beside it — half of either for a single direction, chosen per leg in the booking form.
Any other address — a residence, an office, an event, a short let — is priced by distance from the lot, one direction at a time: $75 one way inside 10 miles, so $150 for a delivery and a collection, and the ladder on this page runs to 60 miles; past that it is a flat quote, confirmed in writing before you commit. The online quote adds the delivery line and itemises it before anything is charged.
What if the car is late — or I need it earlier than booked?
We arrive within 15 minutes of the start time you booked, or the delivery is on us: if we miss that window the delivery fee comes off your invoice without you having to ask for it. Earlier than booked is a question of whether the car is back from its previous rental — ask and we tell you the same day; later is simply a new hour, and the same 15-minute promise attaches to it.
Can you meet me at the airport when my flight lands?
Yes. Send the flight number with the booking and the handover is timed to the aircraft that actually lands rather than the one on the schedule, so an early arrival or a two-hour delay is absorbed without a phone call. That applies at LAX and at Hollywood Burbank. At LAX you choose the tier: the parking structure via the free shuttle, which adds roughly half an hour, or the terminal, which is doors-open and bags-taken, the one for a lot of luggage.
How far ahead do I need to book a delivery?
There is no separate notice period for delivery — what decides it is whether the car is free, and that varies enormously by car. Several here are one of one, and a Saturday in season wants a couple of weeks rather than a call on the Friday; midweek is usually available at short notice. Every car’s page carries a live calendar showing the dates it is open, which is a faster answer than any rule we could print.
Who collects the car at the end?
We do, from wherever it is. You do not drive it back to a lot, and there is no return counter to find — you tell us the address and the hour, the same as at the start. A rental that began at a terminal can end at a house in the hills.
